They do not keep there promise. Not giving my experience letter and salary. I have worked there for 8 months but when I was on notice period they did not have me my last salary. As it was mentioned on the email that you will get the salary.

I worked their for 4.5 years which turned the worst decision of my life.The HR manager is a dumbo don't know how to behave. Because of her everyone leaving that office. My notice period turned nightmare for me .2 month the HR manager tortured me like anything and the rest management staff was having fun without popcorn. I ended up with no clearance and they hold my 1 month salary as well.the politics on the top base on your skin color and how glamours you look. They have old staff who use abusive slag language towards employees and management is okay with that. This place is toxic,horrible and waste of your time.After this review will be public there will be 5-6 great review singing the glory of corporate Ranking 😆🤣🤣🤣🤣.Don't waste your time reading those trap. The only good thing about this company is that they give chance to the freshers.

Everything. Toxic work culture. Partiality. They treat employee as their labor. Salary always delayed for 15 days. They only give priorities to higher profiles. If someone is 10mins late/ due to some emergency someone wants go before 20 min of working hours their salary will be deducted and considered the day as half day. You need to provide proof for your EL. Termination threatning for silly things. Even you work for 2 year and wants to leave on a short notice period. They will not provide any certificate. they will not let you work at peace neither they let you leave that place on peace.. theres many more to say. Its more like a hell. I have been working here for over 3 years and I haven't faced any difficulties with the company. While I joined, I was a fresher just out of an institute. I have learnt a lot from my managers who have helped and guided me every way possible. I have been awarded increment each year as per company policy and I am quite happy with it. I have seen a few negative reviews put on Ambitonbox, which might not be genuine as there are no identity of those employees and many of those claims are false too. My team is best team and my 3 manager Behaviour friendly, i have learning new new works any day there support beautiful help any time not rudely Behaviours.
