They don't believe in team making, just for some seniors personal interests they put pressure on ground level by which they leave the organization. On 2016 we the 12 people launch this company to West Bengal, but after only 2.5 yr only 2 people stick with this company out of those 12. On 2016 2 ground level and 1 1st line left Corona. On 2017 4 ground level, 1 1st line, 1 rsm left or I can say forced to leave. On 2018(till today means in between only 9 months) 13 ground level and 1 1st line left this organization due to bad behavior of immediate seniors and extreme unethical pressure which created by the some level of the management.
