Team size is very less, so the work load is very high. Too much of processes and workflow, and high pressure exerted on Purchase person. Poor work life balance.

HR policies are worst, they won't give increments to you, hard work at site almost 12 hours daily, in shutdowns working hours go up 16 hours, non management is terrible they won't support you. Always production focused, no maintenance of equipments, mechanical department is helplessness regarding increments and promotions, working in this company is horrible, I don't recommend job even to my enemy too. 1) Very low annual increments, 2) hectic work culture 3) toxic boss, always blames 4) no work life balance 5) no growth, 6) HR poor policies ,7) in annually shut downs work up to 16 hours, I don't recommend this company to any mechanical maintenance people. Please avoid it for your health and peace of mind. Those who joined newly they will get least salary increments 2.5℅ only they give. Daily work hours up to 12 hours Saturday is half day, but boss not let us to take. I suggest that it is worst place to work for mechanical maintenance guy. You can enquiry.
