Very poor management for production department at ankleshwar unit. Company policy is good. Other state people are targeted by gujarati people. Job is not secure here.

Dislikes

Lots of politics by gujarati people. Career growth is very slow here. Any of traning related to process or safty not given. If any thing happen in plant hieher post people target other state people.
