Team size is very less, so the work load is very high. Too much of processes and workflow, and high pressure exerted on Purchase person. Poor work life balance.

They hired skilled people they what do with them, they stick to the old concepts, they some of the new equipment and don't know how to utilize it. outdated work ethics and far behind the modern work ethics. still, they stick to hierarchy issues in execution of work execution and product delivery.

Career growth, it depends on the experience of employees and not the skill set of the employee
