Overall a supportive culture but can get beureaucratic. People are good and supportive. Work-Life balance is good with decent HR policies. Relatively strong job security.

Can get beureaucratic with questions being asked of you for delays/ blocks despite structural blockages. Appraisals and promotions are not standardized and depend more on the boss's belief and company performance.
