It is one of the very good companies I have worked in my career of 19 years. Working here everyone is given respect, dignity a certain level of freedom. Only negative point is involvement and dominance of finance in every single matter concerning company operation which should be corrected.

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...

Head management is very good but the ground level politics is very high. The facilities for the employee from company policy is very good but the intermediate of ground level is not provided their facilities.

Dislikes

High level politics and knowledgeble employees leaves immediately. Not good culture for the freshers because the previous employee's not supported for the learning. Every time political discussions dont anyone interested for the business discussion with business strategies. Harmful for the companys growth in between future.

That's a best place for working and I like team members who's helps each other any time.

There's some people as upline level started cheated any person during Appraisal. Whether it is someone's mistake or not, still they keep reporting wrong things.

Team size is very less, so the work load is very high. Too much of processes and workflow, and high pressure exerted on Purchase person. Poor work life balance.
