Growth is slow & work pressure is very high. I was worked 12-16 hours straighto in a day to HNI Client callside in morning & Evening and sometimes late into the night

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
