Very good opportunity to grow. Timely giving training at any cost. Reasonably good appraisal for hard working employees. Appraisal is on performance basis.

Decent compensation, but low basic fixation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
