Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To plan and execute new retail store infra project works / store refurbishments as per Organisation new store expansion plan and handing over the same for business commencement.
• To Visit all the existing and upcoming Mana Gromor Centers, coordinate with zonal teams & other support functions and sharing the technical information and details to the central team at HO.
• Maintenance of the store Assets and resolving store maintenance related issues. and keeping record/case history for all store assets & equipments.
• Communicating & Coordinate with the owners/zonal teams and sending daily/weekly progress report to HOD.
• Proposing and seeking approvals for store New store projects, Repair & maintenance works / store modification works.
• Maintaining store safety standards and ensuring adherence of project related statutory compliance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Planning and executing the Retail store project fitout works as per plan and timelines.

*Coordinate with zonal operations and MGCs owners, towards timely completion of owners scope of works.

* Visiting upcoming New & Re- Location sites and taking the store measurements and forwarding the same to HO (central planning team) for making store Layouts.

* To conduct on-site supervision to ensure work progress as per the design standards & specifications.

* Coordinate with the central procurement team & Suppliers towards timely supply of the store material / Assets.

* Handing over the project as per schedule and completion of documentation.

* Contractor’s bill quantities verification and certification on completion of the project works.

* Attending and resolving store repair and maintenance related issues.

* Monitor and ensure the project cost is under control.

* Adherence of store safety standards and fulfilment of project related statutory compliance.

* Updating and maintaining the tracker for all MGCs in the zone.

* Preparing weekly progress report and sending the same to the project head for review.
