They don't know the hiring process and their HR is worse. They have people who are educated idiots. They will not follow the appropriate process of hiring, will check your references without providing the offer letter, and finally for the small difference in your expectation and their budget they will not select you. HR in such a company is totally wasted and may make your life miserable in the future in case you are selected. Even for one post, one has to interact with 7 persons, and that too after such interactions they may not hire you. Will try with other candidates in parallel giving the excuse that internal discussion is still going on and may take time. Will ask for a moral commitment from your side but they themselves do not have any moral commitments. Never be a part of such a company where such HR department exists and that too a big team of HR that is drawing salaries for nothing.
