They do not know how to treat an employee, they are very rude and 90% of people are there been in company for more than 15 years and they run the place, typical Indian company with no regard to common sense. No professionalism, politics and rude people and manipulative people. Irony is that those manipulative and toxic people are promoted while har working people are paid way too low and no promotions. They don't know the hiring process and their HR is worse. They have people who are educated idiots. They will not follow the appropriate process of hiring, will check your references without providing the offer letter, and finally for the small difference in your expectation and their budget they will not select you. HR in such a company is totally wasted and may make your life miserable in the future in case you are selected. Even for one post, one has to interact with 7 persons, and that too after such interactions they may not hire you. Will try with other candidates in parallel giving the excuse that internal discussion is still going on and may take time. Will ask for a moral commitment from your side but they themselves do not have any moral commitments. Never be a part of such a company where such HR department exists and that too a big team of HR that is drawing salaries for nothing. 1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...

Head management is very good but the ground level politics is very high. The facilities for the employee from company policy is very good but the intermediate of ground level is not provided their facilities.

Dislikes

High level politics and knowledgeble employees leaves immediately. Not good culture for the freshers because the previous employee's not supported for the learning. Every time political discussions dont anyone interested for the business discussion with business strategies. Harmful for the companys growth in between future.
