They do not know how to treat an employee, they are very rude and 90% of people are there been in company for more than 15 years and they run the place, typical Indian company with no regard to common sense. No professionalism, politics and rude people and manipulative people. Irony is that those manipulative and toxic people are promoted while har working people are paid way too low and no promotions.
