* No role clarification * No job satisfaction * No Work-life balance * No path for career growth * Culture is very bad especially at this kakinada location * Very weak HR, no support from HR to employees * Superior-subordinate relationship is not good * Bothers only about production numbers no value for employees I won't recommend this place to work if you look for the above things

1.salary increments are very less need to work more and stretch more But no timely and good increments.. 2.Rules and practices are different if they likes n knows u well then u r well treated if not actual rules and games comes to role.... 3.well education on work is not enough well education on caste and politics is most important...
