Policies are very bad. They keeps employee's original certificate. Salary is always middle of the month. You always get your increment in cash. So that you can't show this to your next company.

Good Work Life Balance, No pressure at all. Company structure is pretty Solid. Very helpful Seniors/Managers.

Dislikes

Very less salary increment. Also only one major project, so a lot of times no work. Less opportunity to learn. Not advisable if you are a fresher.

Colleagues are very cooperative.

Dislikes

They kept the original certificates of employee. No HR policy. No incriment, sometimes you can get your incrimented amount in cash which is not shown to your increment letter. You cannot show this in your next company
