Good work invironment and culture.seniour teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Department management not good.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.changes of sectional work trying is not good. This is a region to resign my job

Work Details

The job is quite interesting.l struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

it was happy to work with this organization because of the management will give an importance to our opinions on any objective investigations and implementations. they will accept every mistake and imparts retraining on concern stream to the personnel to rectify the deficiencies.

Dislikes

the work pressure is high. some times it will go for 12-15 hrs per day....
