Excellent place for working. It is one of the very few companies in India that are operating in the niche nuclear power industry. The kind of technologies that are being developed through international collaborations is unique and really interesting. I started working here 6 years back and haven't looked back since.

Dislikes

1) I hope they incorporate 5 working days like it is for all progressive employee-friendly companies. 2) Not-so-urgent meetings are often scheduled after 6 PM or on weekends, which pretty much could be conducted the next working day.

CMD is very focused and cool.. HR dept is supportive and damn cool. Higher management highly skilled and technically strong. Internal amenities are very nice. Book Reading area also there for reading..

Dislikes

No flexible timing. Not giving holiday on National Holidays (1st May and 2nd Oct) Leaves facilities are very poor. Lil bit politics.

Overtime Compensation: working at remote sites often means putting in extra hours, and it would be great to see some compensation for that extra time.
