Overtime Compensation: working at remote sites often means putting in extra hours, and it would be great to see some compensation for that extra time.

It's a company in initial phases. Very good and experienced department heads have been recruited but there are no ground people who can do the work. That is why at any point of time the work is directed but there is no action. Excessive review is done. Review and documentation is to such an extent that you will not get time to work.
