Work life balance but that's due to less work and opportunities

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Not a good place for technical people. Only people management guys grows here and technical people treated like second line of growth. Very poor.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
