There is nothing good to say about the company. As it was compulsory to give ratings that's why I gave 1 star otherwise they don't deserve it. Height of cost cutting is there employees are there models in ads. 😂

Dislikes

Everything. There is no job security and they will tell you to resign bcoz they have excess manpower and they make fool of everyone at the time of joining.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
