At Coolberg Beverages our policies are streamlined to give adequate feedback to the employees regarding their work performance on regular basis. We also provide adequate time to the employees for improving their performances. It was unfortunate that we had to split up because the procedure did not work to your favor. We wish you all the best for your future endeavour. In Coolberg Beverages Private Limited, any salary, DA, or TA delays have always been communicated to the team leaders in advance. However, there have been some delays during the past year because of COVID, but they were foreseen as previously stated.
