If you don't like work life balance in your life then it is the best place to work because in this company first they are not going to behave properly with you specially support managers they will come at your place and scream at you. And hear you will see some people leaving every month. They will give you unrealistic targets to achive with out giving proper database to work on, and if you didn't achieve 70% of your target by 15th of every month then higher authority is going to reduce your break time by 15 minutes. And you have to sit back every day so there is no fixed log out time. You have to be in office every day on time. And if you didn't achieved your unrealistic targets given by them then they will make your life hell....Read More

I’ve been working with conviction since 1 year and i had seen lot of dramas, gossip , favouritism no matter how hard you work or how much you’ve accomplished other people get promoted. Leaders make unrealistic rules just because they can. There’s high turnover rates of people leaving the organisation. In this 1 year of journey I’ve seen people leaving one after the other . And the most important you are not treated with respect . Boss , managers and even support managers doesn’t value the work. Working hours are more . Overall the company is really good, if you want to learn and grow you can move here as the leaders are really helpful plus the appraisal occurs quarterly here. Work life balance is good and very friendly atmosphere. 👍👍

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base.

Dislikes

There is no on-job proper training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. And there are some salary issues as well. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.
