I’ve been working with conviction since 1 year and i had seen lot of dramas, gossip , favouritism no matter how hard you work or how much you’ve accomplished other people get promoted. Leaders make unrealistic rules just because they can. There’s high turnover rates of people leaving the organisation. In this 1 year of journey I’ve seen people leaving one after the other . And the most important you are not treated with respect . Boss , managers and even support managers doesn’t value the work. Working hours are more . Overall the company is really good, if you want to learn and grow you can move here as the leaders are really helpful plus the appraisal occurs quarterly here. Work life balance is good and very friendly atmosphere. 👍👍

Except the fact that the senior employees there are very good in playing politics and they are focused on making work difficult for the new joiner so that they have a difficult time and then the boss removes the new employee without any prior notice

Training is horrible. There is no job security, the manager can come any time and ask you to leave and not come back and they don't even ask you to put down the papers they just ask you to not come. No appraisals. Horrible work environment. The seniors are there to only look down on you and make you regret each day of your work. Theseniors used to get fresh leads( people who are actually looking for jobs)and we had to work hard on the old leads and try to convince people who were already working to quite jobs and join and new one....Read More
