I have worked in Convergence Infotech Limited as a software developer for 1year 4month in .net. Company works in .net and iOS domain. This is the best place for fresher. Teammates are very friendly. You can learn by yourself, they will give you time to explore. However, manager is non-technical so you will find difficulty to explain your work to her. Initial salary is average, after 3 month they give increment (for fresher only) . Job security is excellent, Company never fire any employee....Read More

They track their employees. They do appreciate good working employees. They don't give payslip. There isn't any deduction (eg. PF) on salary.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
