Overall good, All projects are different and doing many R&D things in company!!! Flexible working hours, only management required quality work other than you are free to do whatever you like.

Nothing to dislike, the employees who are not working and changed by management are giving wrong reviews, otherwise everything is good!!!

Working here at conveline system has been amazing, I have some doubt before joining as I have seen some negative reviews about company in Ambition box but as you know in 100 people organisation not everyone are same and there are always negativity in some employee but after I have joined and worked for few months I must say work culture here is super supportive and director nature are also very friendly and supportive. Plus job security here is solid as some of the employees are working more than 6 - 7 years here and they are working very supportively to all new joiners. Also there is always room to learn new technology here as every projects are different company is expanding every day here....Read More

-You get the job...because here no one wants to stay longer. -Customer oriented. -Offers for rejoining...(but who will rejoin) -Celebrate festivals...(but those cost will be deducted from your leaves balance , salarycut policy , extra sitting hours)

-Amature Management ..they think that salry paid to employees are for 18 hours...means your 18 hrs of the day are their only. -HR systemHere they continously revise and apply employee salary cut policy every year. -If you want to join...please join before 15th of any month bcoz if you joined after 15th , your that month salary will be credited in 2nd month from joining....crazy. -Need to work there for long hours....from 9.30 am to midnight 2...3...am....some times 4...5.am. without any paid overtime. -If you discuss these crazy policy within staff, you will be fired. -Employee would not be paid in advance for any travel for company work...you have to pay from your pocket and these expenses will be paid...in..next month salary which again depends on management mood.( whatever amont...you have to pay from your pocket...their excusses are like we credited the salary..use of them) -...Read More
