There are so many core values but no one are implemented in our work culture. All facilities and perks are only for manangerial staff in lower management they are treated like as labour.

HR head India has no vision and is always percolating insecurities in the system. Hence the whole organisation is directionless. Lots of politics and absence of vision. They talk about healthy attrition and horrible concepts like that.
