HR is not independent and is always influenced by department heads . Department heads are whole sole authority . You can’t go against him even if you do so then HR will report your department head rather than doing fair investigation.

Job is quite interesting! Learnt a lot and took over various role’s. System and processes are good. Only issue is frequent restructuring in organisation and internal politics which doesn’t allow people to grow

Pathetic Experience. Continental globally is a very slow moving and an inward looking company. German officials are normally arrogant and less flexible. There is a lot of politics in the whole company. There is no respect for talented employees. Very poor work environment.

I work as a Head of Manufacturing. The job is OK but there is lot of politics. There are power centres. One really does not know who will do what here. They have started a new trend of framing talented employees in fake cases to force them to resign.
