...o buttering they will get promotion otherwise ready to face the dirty politics They higher IITian and NITians on 3rd party and pay them less salary. and one fresher girl disqualified 3 times in internal interview still got selected for APAC and after 2 years now she become manager with less skills and experience One girl become Manager because her father has good contacts internally If we talking about males , then few are very stupid with lack of knowledge still they promoted on higher position

Good work environment and culture.Managment is transparent and supportive.Good company policy,good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.Training is not given to new joining and many more year training.

Service section is sos poor. Need to be devlop and well culture need. If worker level demand after 1 year work for this company after they demand something the company remove the worker category immediately that was the bad impact for this company.
