There's no proper structure and roles and responsibilities given, the salary structure they used to show and after joining they used to provide doesn't matches the salary. Inside management is older management they doesn't support new technologies and younger generation.

Bonus system is not Good They used to deduct bonus amount from salary and they provide us the same amount as a bonus Yearly based on KRA percentage. No employee support. worst part is uniform is given to office admin team for branding purpose where as marketing sales team who visits markets doesn't have that option.

Work Details

I struggled by handling multiple verticles.. but I didn't received any recognition. The management used to follow older way of working like records maintenance.HR team always used to escalate about uniform.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
