Overall experience with company is good. In terms of company policies, these are very common and comfortable except few of them, the management is good with freshers and sometime worst with high experienced persons or old employees. I would recommend if you are fresher and wanted to join the company just go ahead and if possible avoid the bond that will make you lazy over the time. Working on client projects will provide you good exposure but currently there seems to be less client projects left or mostly handled in small teams or by individuals...Read More

Organization did not assist employees to setup home work office, no compensation for table, chair or other supplies. Also, organization took excuse of COVID-19 lockdown and increased notice period from 2 months to 3 months.

Dislikes

When an organization does not care about its employees, it will be doomed, sooner or later. Contata management only cares about work done by its employees, and does not care about how they do it. No one cares about work life balance. People at higher positions does not know how to do their jobs and are there only because of their acquittances.

At Contata Solutions I have been given an opportunity to work in the sales department. It's extensive expertise in Data Analytics and Data Engineering backed up by more than 20 years of experience helps me pitching to prospects in a more powerful way.
