Hi, We give entire HR policy , Incentive Policy , Work from home ethics on the first day off any member joining us. We also take an acknowledgment so that whoever is not okay can choose to leave. You had also read the HR policies on the day of joining well , should not have joined. Work from for first 6 months laptop needs to your own was told as people abscond with laptops too. We are extremely transparent organisation and expect the same from any one who is joining our team
