They squeeze you out and treat you like workers..forget your personal life after getting this job…they can call you at anytime irrespective of day or night..no breaks not even lunch break. Very rude managers…how much ever you deliver they’re never satisfied. Only profile is good. Working for Big4. But the work culture is pathetic. Management fluctuations. No fix rules n regulations, keeps on changing.. No appreciation but quick escalations for any mistakes. No job security. N notice period is 3 months.. No documents on time.. etc..

No training,no career growth, work life not balance, no appraisal on time.

The leadership team is very supportive, and they genuinely care about employees well being . Communication is clear and transperent. The company regularly checks in with employees to ensure we are happy and have everything we need. I can definitely see myself staying here for the long haul.

Handling team and clients for the first time, thanks to both the directors for trust and guidance on every step to employees. Once a responsibility is given there is a free hand and no micromanagement done. Thank you contactx for such a wonderful experience.
