Working at TBSS never been a stress to me except for those peak hours of customer flow. It's been quite a journey to me. Teammates are real good, training on soft skills is very helpful, every Friday fun activities will take place and gifts will be given to employees who wins, if everyone wins the game then everyone gets the gift (basic useful products like bottle, plate, box, watch etc.) Internal postings will be there for career growth if one drive towards it. Overall it's one of the best BPO's to work at....Read More

Salary is less when compared to others but i was happy working there, so it's not a problem and last but not the least, few politics runs along (Every corporate runs on politics)

I worked for Godrej Properties (3 months) and Guardian Developers (3 months) in TBSS. As you can see, my work is on real estate...So it's always exciting, new schemes, new properties, new areas, new customers and everything kept me interested.
