Great company to be part of.Any can learn plenty and express his/her skills. Very nice and co-operative colleagues along with good company culture. Conjoinix provieds very good environment to grow your skill. HR is very cooperative..

Dislikes

No dislike honestly but may changes some policies during probation period. But That's not an issue.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
