Everything now, leadership is the worst. They don't now how to behave. Belittling engineers as an excuse for not providing promotions and when ever they try to speak up about it they will show you why you do not deserve it. Even If it's not in your KRA's and KPA's. They are going to shame you for not knowing the data that an engineer doesn't even have access to. All management is doing after 2022 is making people run in a circle. HR dept is of literally no use. You get work all the time but at the end they will always say we did not had enough profits. And in every meeting corporate says we have a lot of funds. No appraisal in 2023, since the management changed from US to India the company culture has gone done significantly. Deduction of allowance after switching to Permanent WFH. Constant Manager changes.

It is good for the freshers and learners at learning stage but not good for the experienced person with good knowledge of the related work due to much office politics and favourablism.
Office politics and favourablism are so much here, means if you want to grow in terms of the promotion, you should have to keep your reporting Manager happy by personal means and by doing his flattering. Because your annual performance review is only in the hands of the Reporting Manager.

Mass recruitment when they receive new project hope from Client. Good appreciation of the veteran people who are working here since long back.
The recruit people with fake promises. Firstly when we have been recruited they talked about the variable pay, after 2months they removed it as "CORONA GONE", i dont know what type of professionalism is this. Eventually package got decresed. Rest of the year they have given hope that appraisal will be there with promotion. Suddenly their clients ran off, budget issues happened, everything came in the picture. In the month of July/august when people are waiting for the appraisal desperately, they said they couldn't give appraisal but wouldn't lay off employee. Now another movie plot is coming..wait. Suddenly some clients asked them to work from office due to their data security, and they are that much respectful towards clients they didn't think about the employees situation whom they have recruited by showing the hope of "unlimited time WFH" and employee accepted the lower salary package just for that reason. Aside to that no salary increment will be there, cab facilities only for ladies and self paid services, no shifting bonus, no economic help. Only HOPE they are getting. So all together the company become" Best place to work" in this way. But yes I must say the situation was good of course once upon a time, when some incapable people also got some good designation with good package.
