Everything now, leadership is the worst. They don't now how to behave. Belittling engineers as an excuse for not providing promotions and when ever they try to speak up about it they will show you why you do not deserve it. Even If it's not in your KRA's and KPA's. They are going to shame you for not knowing the data that an engineer doesn't even have access to. All management is doing after 2022 is making people run in a circle. HR dept is of literally no use. You get work all the time but at the end they will always say we did not had enough profits. And in every meeting corporate says we have a lot of funds. Culture is good. Most of the managers are easy to work with but few makes it difficult for you. Leadership team is approachable and they listen to you. Although a little transperancy required.

They are not expanding their department and field of work. Hence there's lack of work and client acquisition.

Work From Home, Good appraisal in 2021 & 2022. Sat & Sun off, good number of leaves in a calender year. Very decent office area with game room.

Dislikes

No appraisal in 2023, since the management changed from US to India the company culture has gone done significantly. Deduction of allowance after switching to Permanent WFH. Constant Manager changes.

1- You'll be in same department for your whole life which restricts you from exploring new things you could learn from other work functions. 2- Inbound is unstable & could lead to layoffs at any point, but it's not something to worry about if you're having good stats and working honestly.

Skills and Experience Candidate are doing lower level work & Juniors are working as a Manager or involved into Management Roles . As Per me Experience matters but in this company, if you have Experience in the Congruex then only you deserve the Senior Manager Role.

Mass recruitment when they receive new project hope from Client. Good appreciation of the veteran people who are working here since long back.

The recruit people with fake promises. Firstly when we have been recruited they talked about the variable pay, after 2months they removed it as "CORONA GONE", i dont know what type of professionalism is this. Eventually package got decresed. Rest of the year they have given hope that appraisal will be there with promotion. Suddenly their clients ran off, budget issues happened, everything came in the picture. In the month of July/august when people are waiting for the appraisal desperately, they said they couldn't give appraisal but wouldn't lay off employee. Now another movie plot is coming..wait. Suddenly some clients asked them to work from office due to their data security, and they are that much respectful towards clients they didn't think about the employees situation whom they have recruited by showing the hope of "unlimited time WFH" and employee accepted the lower salary package just for that reason. Aside to that no salary increment will be there, cab facilities only for ladies and self paid services, no shifting bonus, no economic help. Only HOPE they are getting. So all together the company become" Best place to work" in this way. But yes I must say the situation was good of course once upon a time, when some incapable people also got some good designation with good package. So based on previous record, don't put your valuable career in vein, afterall you have to respect your job, they will not care about this....Read More
