Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Everything is dislike for me...... after few months i realised what an hell i have joined. Dont go on the 4 and 5 star reveiws which are fake and rated by the Directors and HR, because of New employees dont join soon this company dont even have proper HR, Worst part is, if you ask for salary slip you will get the salary slip whichis creted on excel shit, and also you will not get the salary slip on next day they will keep on hold for a week or 2, Its a pathetic company, Cheap and worst.....Read More
