The job is very interesting, no forced extended hours. Good learning exposure, supportive supervisors and management. Work pressure is well taken care and managed very well. Unlike my earlier employer no politics is entertained in this company. Non-performers and negative personalities are not entertained and are asked to leave.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. nothing to like this company, if your are new comer in company you will treat with all respects an all , after 3 4 months you will get to see the real face of the company..

Everything is dislike for me...... after few months i realised what an hell i have joined. Dont go on the 4 and 5 star reveiws which are fake and rated by the Directors and HR, because of New employees dont join soon this company dont even have proper HR, Worst part is, if you ask for salary slip you will get the salary slip whichis creted on excel shit, and also you will not get the salary slip on next day they will keep on hold for a week or 2, Its a pathetic company, Cheap and worst.....Read More
