It is one of the worst organization I have worked with. Employee satisfaction is 0 here all people are concered is with revenue generation and money and show bizz of big hotels and events. In the name of nation building, industry promotes it's own interests. Work like balance is 0, you are expected to work after office hours and onweekends and have no life outside work.they dont even give you health insurance for 3 years of employment.
