Nothing is worth a like there.

Dislikes

1. They make the employees beggars by forcing them to ask funding from their member companies. 2. No medical Insurance 3. Horrible Appraisals. Delay by 6-8 months, probationary people are not confirmed after their probation period. Unethical behaviour of seniors. 4. Every one does the same job. 5. Everything is disliked. No work culture, no scope of learning. Only sales without any incentive. HORRIBLE COMPANY....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
