THERE IS NO SUCH DRAWBACK IN REGARD CONCORDE MOTORS WE WERE VERY HAPPY BUT RECENTLY DUE TO SOME MANAGEMENT DECISION OUR JOB SECURITY IS FOUND IN DANGER. BUT HOPES THERE THAT IT WILL NOT BE CLOSED.

Work Life balance -Pathetic minimum 12 Hrs working time for accounting staffs in Cochin (In month end and month starting days it may got up to 16-18 Hrs) . Salary- Low while Compared with other dealerships. Managers- Like dictators, treat employees as slavees Leaves-Company allows Sick/Casual/Earned Leaves, But Managers not approve any of these , if anybody takes without prior approval they were transferred to long distance locations....
