The only likes is you will work for the Nobel cause for women and their Hygiene issues.
Dislikes
working with them in the interview they will not tell you that you will have to create business nor they will discuss any training targets.
But #1. while receiving offer letter you will find you will have to give 50 training in a month otherwise you will not be able to withdraw salary.
2. Youwill have to generate trainings business by your own without any DA offered or any compensation for expenses for field work means you will visit each and every office for POSH Trainings on your own expenses and ask them to conduct posh training</mark>.
3. POSH training is mandatory for all organisations but you will find very rare organisation wants to implement it or want to have the trainings for their employees.
4. Insted of Posh training the content they have is only for awareness not exactly a complete training. They have more PPT slides for their organisation promotion and and work of free sanitary pad distribution.
5. In the name of Posh training you will asked to collect donations to distribute free Women's sanitary pad in rural areas.
6. You will be asked to create event and distribute free sanitary pad for poor women in your city and take photos of that event.
7. You will be meeting personally to each and every office or organization owner and convenience them to have 1/2 hour training session you will be taking those sessions by your own.
8. You will have to visit to government offical at the same time and convenience them to but you won't have any authority from the N.G.O except a offer letter ora visiting card.
9. So over all senario is you will be generating business, generating revenue as donations, provide training, liaison with govt. Official, work on the field and after all if you will not pick the phone incase they will give Termination letter without offer letter.
10. It means you will only get a offer letter until you complete 50 training.
Suggestion: It's a risky factor that if you are resigning from an organization and joining them on behalf of offer letter only, they will show you that you will earn this much in a single month.
I worked for a month and invested my personal thousand of rupees amount in priting & stationery,generating business, working in the field with my own expenses after resignation from my previous firm as a Sr. Training Manager and bared a huge loss without any compensation.
But after a month of resignation you may feel that you have been fooled in the name of Job Opening & on roll job, you will find that even 10th & 12th passed is also a District Program Manager so their is no criteria to justify your designation.
