They don't conduct the training as per the clients requirements. They have their own internal processes. You get aligned to a batch when you are new to the forum. They don't let you complete your graduation or let you go through the learning curve to understand the process and then deliver it. They want you to train the batch without any support from the leadership. But they won't stop cribbing and blaming everything at you. Making actually feel like your trainees have more hands-on on the product because you won't be able to complete the daily tasks. Adhoc rotational shifts. You're supporting one batch and while logging out at 3 am you get a call that you have a batch at 8 am. No planning.
