I went interview at morning 10 30 am and they waited for me for 1 hour and the medum comes and ask an interview for 1 by 1 in a group then it was my turn directly asked me what to do 2019 till now I reply the answer and I told that in 3 years 6 months passed in co id and rest of the day running my small own business but after few months my business did not run well because due to the covid I thought that I will shout down my business then I came to Hyde for searching for job...Read More

Deepika TL of my team...she is a selfish lady...she will do anything for her own favour....team n teammates are gud...but some managers are very cunning... especially Deepika is very dangerous lady...don't choose her team...

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

Horrible work environment... they are treating their employee's like a school students such a worst culture , worst politics literally they(mainly one of the OM ill not her name but she is very rude i never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret...Read More
