In a bpo industry job security is always an issue. No one feel secure and rightly so many or almost every boo companies fire the employees with or without any notice. 1. Here concentrix is different from other companies. Your job is very much secured in concentrix. You get proper leaves and also in emergency situation, concentrix grants months leave (unpaid if you don't have leave balance). 2. Culture and growth: Concentrix culture is very friendly and people do love to work in this culture. The accessibility of different department people are easy and your safety is paramount for company. Concentric grants compensation for the employee if they got any unfortunate accident or they need money fir their personal use. For an employee perspective we can find any dislike points for the company, like shift problem, transport problem, cafeteria food problem and work load. However I see that these thjngsbafe one or other way of part and parcel of everyone's job across the industry. In the name of dislike point, I would like to add incentives issue. In each company, you can see performer and non performer and companies try to get more performer by giving the incentives to those who performing well. This is one thing I see missing in concetrix. Concentric provides incentives but just for the heck of, incentives doesn't hold much value here. I would like to urge the authority to raise the incentives cap to get more and more peeformer. Career growth is slow, Environment is good but the salary,working hours, incentives and increment part is quite disappointing.Now transport facility is improved but still one side cab is there and for self the transport allowance is low as compare to other MNC's.I think company should have to work on the trainings and there should be a provision to get shift in the technical team according to the qualification....Read More

I dislike the appraisal, allowances and incentives part along with the long time to get eligible for next level.It should be much performance based rather then seniority basis.Also, sometimes only individual growth of a single person is done rather then every individual.Its a excellent place if a person is looking for job security or time for himself.

It's an amazing company to work with and lot of things to learn. They have online and class room trainings that will help to boost the career. It like a govt job where you can relax and perform well. The only thing is the company pays relatively less than the market and employee satisfaction is not that good too. I feel like they sometimes fail to find and recognise the right employee.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent bit career growth is slow.
