It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

2% hike is all they give The manager makes your life a hell if you don’t follow her instructions blindly Micromanaging at its peak as the manager does not like team interaction at all. She believes in divide and rule She only needs ppl who listen to her and not use their brain at all No work to help you grow professionally

Work culture is not good and leave balance as well the most imp thing is that if you are unwell and want leave you will not get any how and if u submit medical also it will be marked unplanned leave no matter what if u have leave balance as well still it will be marked unplanned and management sucks in concentrix

The best about the company is the work culture.. I have worked for 2 years and I never feel demotivate in this 2 years.. My manager, My trainer, my QA's and my colleges all are perfect💯💯..

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

No training provided and simple for no reason they pressurised people to go in PIP.

Leave few things the company is good for freshers and if you want to stay in one company for long without any further appraisals and increments this company is good for you. Now if you want increments and good salary. You'd need to switch from this organisation as there aren't any good increments.

Once in starting process is good after that become complex and hard but some teams are good and supportive while some are not

Office politics are a lot there and if you think you will do hard work and get promotion or any little favor from the Your Team Leader / Manager forget it .it decides on Saturday night who will be there and a lot so without senior chatukartia not possible

Except google free food nothing was good .... they were not even allowing us to eat peacefully.

Horrible work environment... they are treating their employee's like a school students such a worst culture , worst politics literally they(mainly one of the OM ill not her name but she is very rude i never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret...Read More
