Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Dislikes

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.

Job security is very high until and unless you're doing something with very high severity they will not throw you out of the company. They keep their employees with themselves. Work culture is extremely good and it's also depends upon your behaviour. Salary is also good with compare to the other companies.

Salary increment is very low. I am working with this company from last 15 years and my package is just 3,86000. Last time when I got promoted as an QA they didn't provide me any increment. According to me my package should be minimum 6.5 lakh as I am working from last 16 years.

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Poor behaviour of Managers and supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. Currently, I am working in this company in the MMT process. During my training, Aniruddha Dana was our trainer. He used to humiliate everyone, use abusive language, and was a very poor trainer. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.
