Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Salary is not atall satisfactory, yearly increments are as low as 3-4% and you are expected to work extra to justify that 3-4% for next 12 months . Promotions take 5 years or may be more . I was part of Finance System (Workday Finance) so can review that team Overall lot of pressure and management is driven by US and they ask resource to be available 24 hours a day and often ask to take calls at 02:00 AM and still management is blaming the resources for any issues and BAU concerns. Working at Concentrix has been a challenging experience, and I feel compelled to share my observations to help others make an informed decision. 1. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance at Concentrix is virtually nonexistent. The 9.5-hour workdays, unique to the company in India, are not only exhausting but also violate standardlabor policies. Employees are allowed only two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break, for which they must seek permission to take. Moreover, staying back after shifts for meetings has become the norm, further eroding personal time and creating undue stress. 2. Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment....Read More

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process.
