I have gave overall rating 3 due to my manager No work life balance incase if there are any IT or any other issues or Training program accordingly work hours will extend Company is good if you are under right manager Salary in the industry is poor as compared to the market value Promotion are like the day never comes Appraisal is just a joke They say in the meeting that we have wfh so there is flexible shift but it is not. beat any corporate company still we fall under the poor culture where reporting manager handles how he wants his reportee it's all in his hands whether that sincear or worst employees future this happns only in india beat reporting manager biasness an time schedule or the planning in team ntng is as per policies nor seems professional

If you are very good hardworking and smart worker this not right place for you.

Office politics are a lot there and if you think you will do hard work and get promotion or any little favor from the Your Team Leader / Manager forget it .it decides on Saturday night who will be there and a lot so without senior chatukartia not possible

Horrible work environment... they are treating their employee's like a school students such a worst culture , worst politics literally they(mainly one of the OM ill not her name but she is very rude i never saw her giving respect to the people who r in below position than her ... many employees are leaving the company just because of her) are seeing us as a maids and no growth no salary hikes i worked there for 2years but i got only 1200rs(600rs per year) hike for 2 years not only me everyone is getting the same hike and coming to OT's they will always irritate us to extend our shift and asking us to work on our off's without paying extra.....Simply they made us to work more to earn very less.... please don't join in this organization u will definitely feel regret...Read More
