I have gave overall rating 3 due to my manager No work life balance incase if there are any IT or any other issues or Training program accordingly work hours will extend Company is good if you are under right manager Salary in the industry is poor as compared to the market value Promotion are like the day never comes Appraisal is just a joke They say in the meeting that we have wfh so there is flexible shift but it is not. The Management and company culture is very very worst, they only like who make "chamchegiri" in the organization, doesn't matter if they are not giving 100% doing there job, management only gave promotion and appraisal for that kind of people. If you are very good hardworking and smart worker this not right place for you.

In connivance & secret deal with Sr manager Pritam Shenoy he has survived in the BPO industry. Om Bhandari has Special Buttering Skills & Office Politics Skills. He has survived his job & livelihood because of this.Some how with Pritam Shenoys backing now he is working in Tech Mahindra doing the same Shady Stuff that he has done all his Life. The job security is of no use as they don't care about you till you put your papers, yearly appraisals of 2,3,4 or max. 5% that can't even beat inflation, along with the favouritism that you get to see will make you leave for sure.

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Poor behaviour of Managers and supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. If you raise complaint against any senior you will be barred for promotions etc. Office cabs take atleast 1 hour to depart after the shift....Read More

Currently, I am working in this company in the MMT process. During my training, Aniruddha Dana was our trainer. He used to humiliate everyone, use abusive language, and was a very poor trainer. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. After we complained, the trainer was replaced, but only for one week, and then we were moved to OJT (On-the-Job Training). My mental health is deteriorating day by day.
