Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

Currently, I am working in this company in the MMT process. During my training, Aniruddha Dana was our trainer. He used to humiliate everyone, use abusive language, and was a very poor trainer. Because of his behavior, neither my team members nor I were able to understand anything. After we complained, the trainer was replaced, but only for one week, and then we were moved to OJT (On-the-Job Training). My mental health is deteriorating day by day. They don't throw you out the way other companies are quick to do .

Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

Pathetic experience in terms of appraisals, work life balance. Your job role would have limited expectations however the managers and company would expect you to do job of 2 people and expect no benefits in compensation and yearly rating in return

Salary and learning is good in my case no benefits rather than a health insurance and cab facility

Not at all an employee centric company reasons like health and requested work from extention after a 45 days wfh of 15 more days and they denied and requested to leave company and join a company provides work from home, but in cnx website they mentioned it as still they operates hybrid work culture but in practically not

There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.
