Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.

Concentrix is good but only for Gurgaon the process which is in Noida sector 127 is tha worst process of CNX the management is pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.
