I have only thought my manager, SME as Concentrix till I worked there but now when I am not of this company then I feel who Concentrix was. I had a relation with this company. I was a fool to hate work when my SME sighed me and to love working when my co-workers were with me. Today I am feeling as if I have lost my ID card, no matter say me materialistic. I don't think there is anything to like working in Concentrix except that you are working from home because in every way , you will get disappointed with this company , I had been through Corona and then doctor advised me to work in morning shift for sometime so I asked to give me morning shift for a month but my TL , Manager , VP all made fun of me by saying that we can give you morning shift for a week only and they have lots of chats but they don't hire more people , they just want you to keep taking dual chats for whole 8 hours shift like you are not human , you are a Machine , Worst Company !...Read More

What can I say , when corona started , Company has to give work from home option to employees but now this company has made it a weapon means you should take dual chats for whole 8 hours like a Machine , if you don't then your job is not secure , You should keep the camera with Face cam while you are working or your job is not secure , your monthly score should be 30+ every month or you will be given PIP and if you fail to do so next month , you are referred to HR so you can understand the kind of job security you can get from working here , There are lots of people who have a need of money and they can take dual chats for 8 hours back to back but honestly , this is a mental torture...Read More
