Worst organization, no salary at all, they give 13000 something as a basic salary to the freshers, no increament within 2 years, 100% job security because they do not fire employee who work in minimum wage. They create a lot of trouble at the time of resignation. So, beware.

Management that is very poor in concentrix. They don’t know even their work. Never understand someone’s emergency. Only knows to Mark absent.

Overall it was amazing to work in Concentrix but the working hours per day is more than enough. 9.30 hours must be reduced to 8 hours including break so that the employees can deliver their best .l
